She was predeceased by: her children, Leo, Lorraine and Philip Gowin; her sister Rita Vela; her granddaughter Aimee Rae Giaquinto; and her great grandchild Pierce Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Kerr (Mark) of Edison, Michael Saint Joseph, Arthur Leary of Atlantic City, Glen Gowin of Paterson and Reginald Gowin of Spotswood; and her sister Josephine Franco. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandsons, and; many nieces and nephews.
