He is survived by: his siblings, Cathie Parke of Spotswood, Christine Berner (John) of Spotswood, Kellen Decker (John) of Spotswood, Kerry Raymond (Ron) of Spotswood, Patricia "Patti" Meade-Syvertsen (Paul) of Monroe Township and Kevin Meade (Teri) of Spotswood; his nieces and nephews, Paul Parke (Pam), John Michael Berner III (Victoria), Kevin Meade Jr. (Rachel), Ronnie Raymond, Carter Meade (Carleigh), Shay Decker (Kevin), Sara Decker, Mitchell Meade and PJ Syvertsen; his great-niece Aria Jo; and his nephew Troy Berner.
