She was predeceased by: her husband James D. "Jerry" Hoffman; her son William Asquith; and her brother Richard Sheridan. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Liuzza (William) and Joyce Antipin (Steven); her grandchildren, Angela Liuzza, William Liuzza, Jennifer Ahmemulic, Amanda, Patrick, Steven Antipin, II, Jessica Asquith-Hemphill, Melissa, Jon, Kelly, Christopher, Crystal, Tara and William Asquith, II; her great grandchildren, Anisa, Aran Philomena, Leonardo, August, Ellie and Steven; and her sister-in-law Sandra Sheridan.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions placed on gatherings and activities, all current guidelines are to be observed during visitations, including the use of face coverings and social distancing.
