Phelps of Spotswood, New Jersey, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mamie Yakel; his stepfather Roland Yakel; and his stepdaughter Carolyn Fahy. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Phelps; his children, Charles M. Phelps (Kimberly), Steven C. Phelps (Tami) and Monique Phelps (Patrick McFarland); his stepsons, George Arrants (Mary) and Kenneth Arrants; and his pet Phoebe. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
