He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Meade, (Patricia Meade, Sr.) and Patricia Meade, Sr.; and his sister Megan. He is survived by: his siblings, Cathie Parke of Spotswood, Christine Berner (John) of Spotswood, Kellen Decker (John) of Spotswood, Kerry Raymond (Ron) of Spotswood, Patricia "Patti" Meade-Syvertsen (Paul) of Monroe Township and Kevin Meade (Teri) of Spotswood; his nieces and nephews, Paul Parke (Pam), John Michael Berner III (Victoria), Kevin Meade Jr. (Rachel), Ronnie Raymond, Carter Meade (Carleigh), Shay Decker (Kevin), Sara Decker, Mitchell Meade and PJ Syvertsen; his great-niece Aria Jo; and his nephew Troy Berner.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brunswick Memorial (454 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial contributions in honor of Chip may be made to the Veterans Memorial Home in Edison (https://www.nj.gov) in honor of the Sons of the American Legion 253 Spotswood and the Spotswood Fire Department.
