He was predeceased by: his sisters, Doris Kuchta and Joan York. He is survived by: his wife Helen (Duma); his sons, John (Mary Ann) of Monroe Township and Wayne (Christine) of Mishawaka, IN.; his grandchildren, Brian, Stacey (Jason), Monica (Jim) and Jillian (Eric); his great grandchildren, Alexis and Dylan; his great great grandchild Elliana; and his nephews, Timothy, Robert Kuchta and Randy York (Barbara).
Due to the Coronavirus, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
