He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ward and Lee Ward; and his siblings, Donna Gaffney, Larry Ward and LaVern Borders.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Stewart, Anita Faye Mitchell, LaVelle Borders and Lowell Borders; his daughters, Debbie Coward and Candy Ward; his granddaughters, Megan Portero (Fernando), Amanda McGinty (Darin), Julia Cressler (Alexander) and Erica Lilly; and his pet Rivit.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Goble Funeral Home (22 Main St, Sparta Township, NJ 07871). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Northern New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery (75 N Church Rd, Sparta Township, NJ 07871).
