He is survived by: his child Lauren Kaloudis; his grandchildren, Leo and Penelope; his son Robert L. Cusack Jr. (Candice) of Hamburg, NJ; his grandchildren, Carly and Daniel; his great grandchild Heather Cusack (Nick Chabuel) of Ramsey, NJ; his siblings, Peter Cusack of Summerville, SC and Mary Fillippazzo of Old Bridge, NJ; and his former wife Regina of Sparta, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a wide circle of friends.
