He was predeceased by: his stepson Anthony Stassi (Beverly); his stepgranddaughter Samantha; his siblings, Peggy Willis, Daniel, Dennis, James and John Driscoll; and his parents, Matthew Driscoll and Mary Driscoll (McCarthy).

He is survived by: his wife Marie; his sister Eileen Latham; his granddaughter Stephanie Stassi; and his stepson Christopher Marston. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
