With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Erik Swensen Jr. (Sparta, New Jersey), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 10, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence E. Swensen, Sr. and Helen Eberle Swensen; his former wife Dorothy Dennis (Dottie); his wife Kathleen Doto (Kathy); his brother Carl Swensen; his grandson Tyler Covert; his sister Judith; his children, Deborah Covert (Kevin), Thomas Swensen (Claire) and Susan Wright; and his stepsons, Robert Doto (Laura) and Michael Doto (Darlene). He was also cherished by ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a niece, several nephews, and many dear friends.
