With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John J. Preston of Sparta, New Jersey, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 15, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Fran; his daughter-in-law Christa; and his stepdaughter Kathleen. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Preston (Christa) of Corona de, Scott Preston (Linda) of Metairie, LA, Mark Preston (KC) of Longwood, FL and Todd Preston (Verla) of San Diego, CA; his stepchildren, Michael Fitzgerald (Marguerite) of Manasquan, NJ, Jeannine DeLano (Edward) of Scituate, MA and Kevin Fitzgerald (Lynn) of Apex, NC; and his son-in-law Michael Wenzell of Walnut Creek, CA.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
