She was predeceased by: her significant other Roger L. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie (Michael), David Smith (Marie) and Tricia Smith; and her grandchildren, Christy Walter, Stephen Walter, Allyson Wright and Lindsay Dischley. She is also survived by her 9 great grandchildren.
She was the President/Member of Sparta Women's club from 1972 through Mid 80's, generating tens of thousands of dollars for charity.
