He was predeceased by: his son Carlos D. Cuellar. He is survived by: his wife Helia R. Cuellar; and his daughters, Lourdes C. Salazar, Maria E. Cedeño and Inais Vazquez. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and sixteen greatgrandchildren.
