He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Johns and Ellen Johns; his brothers, Percy and Edward Johns; and his daughter Tracey Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Johns; his children, Christine Pokrywa, Susanne Pace, David Johns, Laurie Heider and Lisa Bell Troyer; his sons-in-law, Craig Pokrywa, Gregory Pace, Timothy Heider and Jeffery Troyer; his grandchildren, Matthew Payne, Caitlyn Pokrywa, Connor Pokrywa, Colin Pokrywa, Michael Pace, David Johns, Alyssa Johns, Audra Ingram, Amber Rayano, Logan Bell and Jesse Bell; his great grandchildren, Bradlie Ingram and Kollyns Rayano; and his pet Rosie.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Goble Funeral Home (22 Main St, Sparta Township, NJ 07871). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Lake Church (294 S Sparta Ave, Sparta Township, NJ 07871).
