He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Cartier and James Cartier. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Elise Armstrong (Andy) and Jimmy Cartier; and his siblings, Craig, David, Jeanne, Patti and Cathy. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
