She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Diget Dupont-Day. She is survived by: her husband Eddie; her daughters, Rylee and Mackenzie; her parent Kathy Jones; her brother-in-law Leo Angele; her nephew Leo; and her niece Lindsay. She is also survived by extended family, friends.

Erin fought against COVID as an emergency room nurse and although exhausted, she still pressed on to her ultimate dream of joining the Labor and Delivery team.
