He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Munroe and Agnes Munroe (Stephenson); and his brother Albert Munroe. He is survived by: his wife Margarita Munroe (Emmert); his sons, Charles, Paul R. Munroe of Sparta and Eric J. Munroe (Dawn) of Boonton; his grandchildren, Jenny Sisca, Charlie Munroe and Lisa Witt; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Bradie, Avery and Callie.
