He is survived by: his wife Laura; his sons, Andrew (Shannon), Sean and Patrick; his siblings, Bruce Crisman (Cris), Kim Caufield Auch, Kerry Caufield McLaughlin, Kara Caufield, James Caufield, Kelly Caufield, Hugh Caufield, Patrick Caufield, Peter Caufield, Kyle Caufield and Kamille Caufield Berrios; and his brothers-in-law, John Wesh and Christopher Wesh.

In his memory, donations may be made to Pope John XXIII High School, Sparta, NJ and/or the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice Center, Newton, NJ.
