She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Marguerite Smith (Carten); and her brothers, Edward, John and William Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Erin (Thomas G. Foster III) and Ian Westervelt (Amanda Wagner) of Brick, NJ; her brothers, Thomas Smith, James Smith and Michael Smith; and her grandchildren, John, Thomas, Kylie, Evelyn and Oliver.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Society in memory of Kathy.
