He is survived by: his aunt Jenny; his wife Katherine "Kathy" Maguire (Fash); his children, William (Kimberly Maguire) of Bayville, NJ and Ellen (Mark Danyo) of Pine Beach, NJ; his son-in-law Daniel Smidt of Suffolk, VA.; and his siblings, Nate Danyo, Kyle Maguire, Sydney Danyo, William Maguire, Megan Smidt and Ryan Smidt.
