He is survived by: his wife Alice Yuk Ying Lai; his children, Nita Siu, Gina Tseng and Stephen Wang; his children-in-law, Mengkao Tseng and Cindy Wang; and his grandchildren, Christopher Siu, Wenzhi Tseng, Wenche Tseng, Kaitlin Wang and Kameron Wang. He is also survived by three sisters and two brothers.
