He was predeceased by: his parents, Vences (Alice Waranowicz) and Alice; and his sister Dorothy Haley. He is survived by: his wife Karen Waranowicz of Parlin; his sons, Vincent J. Waranowicz, Jr. of Sayreville, Michael Waranowicz (Brandon Gallick) of Hillsborough and Matthew Waranowicz of Sayreville; and his grandchildren, Gianna, Vincent III, Alexander and Leonidas.
