He is survived by: his mother Jadwiga Piatek; his brothers, Robert (Tara Piatek) and Jimmie (Lorin Piatek); his nieces and nephews, Seth, Ethan, Krystyna, Monika, Lucas and Julian; his aunt Stefania Greszczyk (Zbignew Greszczyk); and his uncle Jozef (Renata Konopacki). He is also survived by many loving cousins, and friends.
