He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Audrey M. Caputo, Sr. (Glasgow). He is survived by: his children, David R. Caputo (Jennifer) of Rhode Island and Susan L. McCauley (Carl) of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Corey McCauley, Chris McCauley (Kristen), Amanda and Megan Caputo; and his great grandchildren, Cecilia and Margo McCauley.
