She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Kusmenko and Euphrosynia Kusmenko; her husband Michael Bojczuk; and her daughters, Anna Hebert (Robert) and Nadia Bojczuk.
She is survived by: her children, Wasyl Bojczuk (Patricia) and Mary Wuethrich (David); and her grandchildren, Michael Hebert (Molly Meller), Katie Hebert and Alexandra Wuethrich.
