He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slavoski and Anna Slavoski (O'Donnell); and his brothers, Joseph P. Slavoski and John J. Slavoski. He is survived by: his wife Teddy; his children, Bill (Kathy Slavoski) of Bethlehem, PA and Teddyann (Brian Lenker) of Sparta, NJ; his grandchildren, Bill (Alana), Kristin (Chris DiSanto), Nicholas (Keri Lenker) and Michael (Natalie Lenker); his great grandchildren, Brienna Barrett Slavoski (William), Miles Lenker and Madelyn DiSanto; and his sister-in-law Georgene Sivulich of Sugar Notch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of William P. Slavoski.
