He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Elissa (Justin), Drew and Aidan; his mother Barbara Ferrara; his siblings, Katy (Jay), Alequin and Edward MacKenzie (Julie); his sister-in-law Carla Hoffmann; his mother-in-law Sylvia Hofmann; his nephews, Rowan MacKenzie and Joey Novakowski (Julianne); and his great-niece Kiera. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
