He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Hayes and Irene Hayes. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Lynn (Michael) and Bernadette; his brothers, Paul (Tammy), Christopher (Rose), Patrick (Linda), Gerard "Chip" (Timothy "TJ") and Rona; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, Ava and Teri DiCecco.
