He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Rubino and Mary Rubino (Del Pomo); and his siblings, Norma Vitiello, Dolores Apgar and Dominick Rubino.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Rubino (Bencivenne); his children, Judith Zujkowski (Darren) of Hamilton, Robin Steinberg (Michael Steinberg) of Wayne and Michael Rubino (Diane) of Monroe; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Steinberg, Ryan Zujkowski, Amanda Steinberg and Christina Brown (Garrett).
