He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank (Teresa DiLeo) and Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Judith DiLeo; and his children, Susan DiLeo of South Plainfield, Michael DiLeo (Cheryl) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Ken DiLeo (Margaret) of Flemington, NJ. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the DiLeo family has asked that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), in Sandy's name.
