She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Rita A Gorky; her parents, Lee DeCarlo and Chester; her husband Julius V. Gorky, Jr.; her daughter Christine A. Gorky; and her grandson Brett V. Gorky.

She is survived by: her sons, Paul (Donna Gorky) of Denver, CO, David (Susan Gorky) of Seneca, SC, Craig (Susan Gorky) of Estero, FL, Peter (Naran Gorky) of Bridgewater, NJ and Eric Gorky of Flemington, NJ; and her granddaughter Judith Anderson of Key West, FL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Branchburg Funeral Home (910 US-202, Branchburg, NJ 08876). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 9:15 AM and at 10:00 AM. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, Doylestown (654 Ferry Rd, Doylestown, PA 18901).
