She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Adamiak and Elizabeth Adamiak; her husband Arthur J. Bullwinkel; and her children, Cathy Bullwinkel and James of Sparta.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Adamiak (Anne) of Piscataway, Alice Orsulak of Cedar Grove, Elizabeth Dinne of Manasquan and Stanley Adamiak (Carolyn) of Maryland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
