He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Jakubik and Angeline Jakubik (Cola). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jakubik (Mantz); his children, Jamie McNamee (Trey) of South Plainfield, Michael (Gabriella) of Old Bridge, Randy of South Plainfield and Joseph of South Plainfield; his grandchildren, Athan McNamee and Ayla Jakubik; his siblings, Linda Jakubik of Toms River, June Ruggiero (Anthony) of Wantage and James Jakubik (Lorraine) of Rochelle Park; his mother-in-law Delores Mantz; and his brother-in-law Joseph Mantz (Susan). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
