He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Katherine Wormack and Nathaniel Wormack; his wife Shelia Wormack; his children, Maria Forrest (Greg), Craig Wormack (Tracy), Corey Wormack (Christine), Anthony Wormack (Rosalyn) and Lukas Wormack; his sister Jan Williams (John); and his siblings-in-law, Sylvia Negron-Twyman (Roderic), Florence Plummer (Calvin) and Andrew C. Duncan (Sheneque). He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren.
