She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles DeAngelo (Magdelena Nazzaro) and Josephine; her husband Francisco Delgado Sr.; and her sons, Frankie and Tommy Delgado.
She is survived by: her daughters, Josephine Irizarry (Nathanael), Elena Medina (Steven) and Lisa Delgado (Joy); and her brother Harry Domenech (Joan). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the Delgado family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), in Josephine's name.
