She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Byrne (Joseph) of Scotch Plains; her mother Phyllis Maccario of Berkeley Heights; and her siblings, Michael Maccario of Middlesex and Susan Maccario (Mohammad Adwan) of Berkeley Heights.
