He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Fomuke and Edith Fomuke; and his siblings, Thomas and Cynthia. He is survived by: his children, Michael Fomuke (Larissa), Rachel Fomuke and Matt Albi; his significant other Darlene Arroyo; his brothers, Richard Fomuke (JoAnn), Jeffrey Fomuke and James Fomuke; and his grandsons, Thomas Albi and Wyatt Fomuke.
