She was predeceased by: her sister Irene Kendzulak. She is survived by: her husband Carmine of Piscataway; her siblings, Helen McDade (Jack) of Flemington, Leon Mielnikiewicz (Lisa) of Middletown and Pete Mielnikiewicz of Las Vegas, NV; and her brother-in-law Rudy Kendzulak of Middlesex. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
