He is survived by: his wife Joanne Otlowski; his children, Anthony W. Otlowski (Angela) of Williamstown, Jennifer Otlowski and Mary Rispoli (Luca) of Monroe; his brother Allan Otlowski (Kathryn) of Monroe; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Emma and Annalisa.
