She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Phillips and Catherine Phillips (Yurgel); her husband Joseph J. Mack; and her siblings, Dorothy, Thomas, Adolph and Joan.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Skwiat (Ted) of South Plainfield, Karen Forbes (Gregg) of South Plainfield, Joe Mack (Amy) of Glastonbury, CT and Jim Mack (Donna) of Lanoka Harbor; her grandchildren, Jimmy, Teddy (Barbara), Eric, Joey (Mounica), Kristin, Shane, Gregory, Christian, Meredith and Jessica; and her great grandchild Theo.
