He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Leonetti, and Frank J. Leonetti, Sr.; his brothers, Salvatore and Michael; and his brother-in-law Charles Kiersted.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa; and his siblings, Frank J. Leonetti, Jr. (Debbie), Joseph Leonetti, Ann Kiersted, Francine Leonetti, Nancy Scrofini (Richard) and Theresa Leonetti. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
