She is survived by: her children, Nancy Jakubik and Joseph Mantz (Susan); her grandchildren, Jamie McNamee (Trey), Michael Jakubik (Gabriella), Randy Jakubik and Joseph Jakubik; her great grandchildren, Athan, Ayla, Brynleigh and Kade; and her brother James Monahan.
