She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; and her son Nicholas. She is survived by: her children, Tiffany VanHouten (Mike), Krista Brand (Lenny), Frank Rafalko (Ryan DaRoja) and Matthew Rafalko; her siblings, Michael Spohn (Jan), Theresa Harkey, Roberta Guzenski (Ed), Mark Spohn, Cheryl Pacifico (Jim) and Lynda Pullen (Brian); her parents-in-law, Stan and Judy Rafalko; her siblings-in-law, Robert Rafalko (Lisa) and Christine Nelson; and her grandchildren, Allie, Mikey, Ryan, Brayden and Emersyn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews extended family members and friends.
