He is survived by: his children, Giovanni Grasso of South Orange, Luisa Gizzi of South Orange, Pasquale Grasso of South Orange, Donata De Feo of South Orange, Lucio Grasso of South Orange, Anthony Grasso of Whippany, Joseph Grasso of Mt. Olive and Mario Grasso of East Hanover. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations to the South Orange Rescue Squad are preferred to flowers.
