He was predeceased by: his daughter Charlotte Macy Hart. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Beauchamp Hart; his children, Basil M., Marvin B. Hart and Susan Hart Ellis; his son-in-law Dale Ellis; his sister Alice Smith; and his grandchildren, Jordan Ellis, Sydney Ellis, Tami Eaton, Basil Hart and Julia Foster. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
