He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Marshall II and Josephine M. Marshall; and his brother Daniel Marshall (late Christine) of Hackensack. He is survived by: his son William J. Marshall IV (Vicky); his siblings, Patricia Weidner (Arthur), Michael Marshall of South Hackensack, Kathleen Franklin (William) of Saylorsburg, PA, Thomas Marshall (Ann) of Little Ferry, Colleen Emery (Todd) of Teaneck and Arlene Richter (Ernest) of Inman, SC; his nieces and nephews, Erin Emery, Ashley, Kaitlyn Franklin, Emily Marshall, Joseph, John Weidner, William Franklin (Sara), Steven, Jason Emery (Anabelle GomezOsorio), Kyle Richter (Colleen Costello) and Daniel Marshall; and his great-nephews, Jayden Emery and William Richter.
