With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter W. Eckel of South Hackensack, New Jersey, who passed away on October 9, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Maryann R.; his sons, Mark Eckel (Laura) and Todd Eckel; his stepchildren, Lori Moran (Albert), Lisa Casamenti (Chip) and Lynn Hansen (Kevin); his grandchildren, Julieann, Markus and Viktor Eckel; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Ashley, Alexa, Tyler, Tanner, Brody and Trey; and his sister Valerie Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
