With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul E. Schaefer of South Hackensack, New Jersey, born in Pequannock, New Jersey, who passed away on January 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Schaefer and Mary Schaefer; his father-in-law Ilidio Goncalves; and his brother-in-law Jay Green. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel and Stephen (Betty Schaefer); his brother Louis; his sister-in-law Irma Schaefer; his sister Jane Mary Green; his aunt Ann Kern; and his pet Chase "Coconuts". He is also survived by friends, neighbors and cherished coworkers.
