He was predeceased by: his parents, John Poydinecz and Mary Poydinecz; his wife Rosalie; and his brothers, John Jr. and Michael.

He is survived by: his daughters, Donna, Karen and Lynn. He is also survived by his three daughters, are six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Cathedral, 96 First Street, Passaic, NJ 07055.
