He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward and Olive; his wife Evelyn Doerr; his daughter Barb Beck; his son-in-law Ed Beck; his brothers, Ronnie, George and John; and his pet Scoobi.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Cape May County Animal Center, 110 Shelter Road, Cape May Court House, NJ where his best buddy Scoobi was rescued from.
